Whether she’s streamlining team communication or managing the details that keep our projects running smoothly, Leslie ensures that every client interaction reflects the care and consistency NatureScape is known for.
Like lighting design itself, her role is all about intention—knowing what to highlight, what to simplify, and how to keep everything aligned behind the scenes. Since joining NatureScape, Leslie has helped bring clarity to the process with precision, making sure the team stays in sync and the small but critical details don’t go unnoticed.
Returning to the workforce after 12 years as a stay-at-home mom, Leslie is proud of how seamlessly she’s stepped back into a professional role—bringing not just structure and heart, but also a powerful example of resilience for her daughter. One of her proudest moments was sharing “Take Your Child to Work Day” together, a full-circle moment that underscored how much this transition has meant to her and her family.
At home, Leslie’s world revolves around her husband Joseph, their daughter Sophia, and their two dogs, Ollie and Jack. She loves to cook, bake, dance, and chase down any opportunity for a great concert—or create one in her kitchen while making her famous Sunday Sauce. She brings warmth, balance, and quiet precision to everything she does—and we’re truly grateful to have her lighting the way for our team.
