Senior Team Leader, Client Care Specialist

As an integral part of NatureScape Lighting + Audio and our first hired employee, Orlando oversees many of the 'behind the scenes' operations as Senior Team Leader including the execution of client project plans, team member orientation and safety training, as well as managing inventory, equipment, and in-house bench repair services.

Orlando also heads up our Lighting & Sound Laboratory where product evaluations, testing and new product research is performed. As Client Care Specialist, Orlando is often recognized as the face of our company with our long standing clients.
